CMMC PROOF Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service, including the terms of the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this document by reference carefully before using the CMMC Proof website, application, and/or platform.

These Terms are a contract entered into between You and Aspire Cyber, LLC, a Texas company. These Terms govern your use of and access to the Platform, including any related content, functionality, and services offered.

1. Acceptance of Terms

BY USING OR ACCESSING THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, OR BY CLICKING "SIGN UP," YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform is intended for use by legal entities or individuals acting in a professional capacity. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Privacy and Communications

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. For A2P SMS compliance, users may opt-out of text communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message received.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Aspire Cyber, LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Aspire Cyber, LLC, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Platform.

6. Governing Law

All matters relating to the Platform and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

SMS Terms & Conditions

7. Program Description: By opting into the Aspire Cyber SMS service, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding your CMMC training, account updates, and promotional offers related to CMMC Copilot.

8. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

9. Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.

10. Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact our support team directly.

11. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

12. Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13. Age Requirement: By subscribing to Aspire Cyber SMS alerts, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
